A LESSON-RIDING PARTY, WHAT’S THAT?
It’s a Special Party for ages 8 and up! For Birthday, people visiting, anniversaries, or any other special event! 
Misty River Equestrian Center was really tired of having birthday parties where one child sat on a horse and was led around by an instructor. This meant a lot of kids sat and watched. What fun is that? So now, we do something different! Here’s how it works!  All participants must be 8 years old, or older. A minimum of two (2) students come at a prearranged time and meet with an instructor.

All Students are required to watch a video called “First Time, Every Time”, which teaches about the importance of wearing helmets. Then the student is fitted with a helmet. (You can see Moms and Dads can ride too!) 
Grooming and saddling are
demonstrated, and then the student grooms
and saddles their own horse.
After that, … the fun begins!
“Whoo Hoo!” The rider will get on the horse, and ride for the next 70 minutes, while an instructor makes sure you are safe and in control. You can be a beginner, or an experienced rider, and the instructor will teach you at your own level.
EVERYONE HAS FUN! IT’S UNFORGETTABLE! IT’S A LOT OF RIDING TIME! COST: $50 PER PERSON LESSON RIDING PARTY LASTS 2 HOURS  We’ll be watching for you!
